RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We understand that sometimes things might go wrong, and we’re here to help ensure that you receive your order as expected.
You can cancel your order without incurring any charge at any point before the item is shipped. This is usually within 24hrs of placing an order with us. Please contact our customer services team to arrange this at email@example.com and quote your order number.
You have 14 calendar days from the date we dispatch your order to you, to return an item to us. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unopened and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be sealed in the original packaging and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please also email your request for replacement to info@susacoffeeandtea and include the following details:
• Order number
• Complaint or description of why you need a replacement. If possible, please include pictures of the product highlighting the issue at hand.
Once we receive your returned item, subject to the instructions above and your request for a replacement, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after validating your return. If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement product within eight (8) working days.
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds on items that have been shipped.
